The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, Vocational Rehabilitation Services, located at 402 W. Washington Street, Room W453, P.O. Box 7083, Indianapolis, IN 46207-7083 is the lead agency for Indiana's Federal TBI Program.
Indiana does not currently have a federal TBI program grant but has received a $50,000 planning grant and has provided $25,000 in matching support.

Indiana reports the following progress in their Federal TBI Program:

Assessment in 2000.
In their continuing effort, Indiana has utilized a TBI Planning Grant to identify and begin to organize state resources. A new Lead Agency designation, needs and resources assessment data, and statewide TBI Advisory Board will help establish priorities for future TBI systems change activities.
